I like this site blogs.com it has some great blogs listed. I love there categories. I think they need a bit of improvement on their layout though... I don't love how busy it is. Also, I think they only include blogs that use their blogging products (so it's not an inclusive list from the internet of the best blogs... unless all of the best blogs actually use their product, which could be... but so far I've found that many of their links don't work, or the blogs are out dated). The site is "Brought to you by Six Apart, creators of Movable Type, Vox and TypePad.Six Apart Services: Blogs | Free Blogs | Content Management | Advertising" So all things considered, I think they have interests of promotion... since they are an Advertising firm... which I think they're entitled to... but I'd like to have a place to find the best blogs that is truly authentic. ( I will give them props for using really people to pick their blogs... and not technology... search engines are wonderful, but they miss some big things sometimes.

The reason I created this blog is to find the best blogs. I'm always looking for a good blog... it's kind of like a good book... maybe even better. When you find a blog that you can go back to daily, it can be addicting. I've found that search engines don't do blogs justice... and there isn't a great site out there to really find everything in one place... so I'm dedicating my life to finding the best blogs (ok, maybe not my life... just this blog)
